- I work part-time at a Georgian house in Cumbria as a costumed interpreter. This entails researching and reconstructing elements of late 18th century life, with a particular emphasis on the food. I have an interest in historic food from a range of periods, including Roman, Tudor and Georgian, and have given talks and demonstrations at a range of venues.
